  •  * In place of Wheat Gluten, use more flour
  • **Use any sweetener of choice 
  • P.s: I’ve marked some of the ingredients I use.

Quick Procedure:

  1. Start by sifting the flour mix. Once sifted, preheat the oven.
  2. Combine all the wet ingredients in a big bowl and whisk nicely.
  3. Now, add the flour mix to the bowl of wet ingredients and knead a dough.
  4. Out of this cookie batter, roll out cookies of the desired size using your palms, or an ice cream scoop. 
  5. Spread out the cookies on a lined baking tray and bake for 20-22 minutes at 180ºC.
  6. Taadaaa your VEGAN NAANKHATAI is  ready. Serve them with the most important ingredient…yes…LOVE..!!!

  1. When you say “use more flour” instead of adding wheat gluten, how much more? 25g?

    1. In place of 25g of wheat gluten, use 25g more of wheat flour. If you try the recipe, do let me know how it went 😊
