CREAMY VEGAN MALAI SAUCE

Notes*

  • Use oil if you do not have vegan butter.
  • Use cumin seeds in place of 
  • P.s: I’ve marked most of the ingredients I use. To buy the ingredients I use, click on the ingredients name mentioned in the ingredients list.

Quick Procedure:

  1.  Start by sauteeing Methi in Oil.
  2. Next, in a pan add oil, fennel seeds, onion, ginger, and garlic, and let that all cook for 5 mins.
  3. Moving further, add green chilies, Tomato, some water, salt, and cashews. 
  4. Cover and cook for 10 mins.  aaa aaa your savory pancakes are ready. Serve them hot and top them up with the most important ingredient…yes…LOVE..!!!
