Detailed Procedure:
- Start by soaking some Chia seeds in and Soy Milk in a bowl. I used soy milk to soak the chia seeds as using soy milk will help in increasing the protein content of the recipe. But, you can use any milk of your choice, or even adding water would work just fine here.
- Soak the seeds for at least 30-45 mins. You can refrigerate the seeds overnight as well.
- Next, add half a teaspoon of coffee powder, some sweetener, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder. You can also melt and add 40g (3 pieces of a medium-sized chocolate bar) of chocolate and add it to the pudding in place of chocolate powder.

After adding chocolate and coffee powder, if you feel like the pudding is too dry, add in some coconut or soy milk and adjust the consistency to your liking. And, give it all a good mix. What I like to do is eat my pudding with some peanut butter or some nuts on top. You can try this tip and probably thank me later hehe!
PS the best way to enjoy your Chia Pudding is by serving it cold. - TADDAAA...your Chocolate Coffee Chia Pudding is ready. Top it with the most important ingredient...you know what it is right?....yes...LOVE...!!!

- 1 tbsp = 15 grams
