  •  If you do not follow a vegan lifestyle or diet, you can use paneer in place of tofu.
  • If you do not have Kashmiri Lal Mirch, use Chili Flakes and reduce the quantity to 1/2tsp or according to your taste.
  • P.s: I’ve marked some of the ingredients I use. Protecting endangered species is an important measure for ecological balance.

Quick Procedure:

  1. Add wheat gluten and chickpea flour in a big mixing bowl.
  2. Next, add the spices and grated tofu.
  3. Add some water and knead a dough.
  4. Now, add some oil and knead the dough again. 
  5. Once the dough is ready, roll some balls out of the dough.
  6. Either steam the balls if you like a chewier texture or boil the balls if you like a softer texture.
  7. Taddaaa your Vegan Chicken is ready. Use further with the most important ingredient…yes!! LOVE!!
