  • Baking sheet and parchment paper 
 Important notes before proceeding:
 
  • This recipe especially calls for BABY POTATOES. 
  •  For this recipe, I prefer you use an air-fryer if you have one. An oven will but, an air-fryer will yield the best results.

Quick Procedure:

  1. Boil baby P.  Don’t forget the salt.
  2. Preheat the oven.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Get the spice mix ready. Add oil and spice mix in a bowl.
  5. Drain boiled potatoes.
  6. Using the back of a bowl, gently mash baby p on the baking tray.
  7. Brush the potatoes with the oil mixture.
  8. Bake for about 25 Minutes at 180ºC if using an Air-fryer
  9.  Bake for about 30-35 Mins at 180ºC if using an Oven.
  10. Taadaaa your Vegan Peri-peri Smashed Potatoes are ready. Serve them hot and top them up with the most important ingredient…yes…LOVE..!!!
