Detailed Procedure:
- Start by mashing Boiled Chickpeas. To the bowl of mashed Chickpeas, add the juice of half a medium sized lemon, Salt and pepper. Give that all a good mix.
- Next, add some freshly chopped greens. I used Coriander leaves and Spinach Leaves. If you like spicy food, add red or green chili.
- Give that all a good mix and use this as a sandwich filling. Optionally, you can add Pomegranate seeds as well.
- TADDAAA...your Chickpea Sandwich is ready. Serve it with the most important ingredient...you know what it is right?....yes....LOVE...!!!

Spice Mix I
- 100g Boiled Chickpeas
- One fourth a handful of Coriander Leaves
- Half a handful of Spinach Leaves
- Half a Medium sized Lemon's juice
- Salt and Pepper

Quick Procedure:
- Start by mashing boiled chickpeas in a bowl.
- To the same bowl, add lemon, salt and pepper, green or red chili flakes and some freshly chopped greens.
- Give it all a good mix and use it as a sandwich filling or as a toast topping.
- Tadaaa your Chickpea Sandwich is ready. Serve it with the most important ingredient…yes…LOVE..!!!
