  1. Start by mashing boiled chickpeas in a bowl. 
  2. To the same bowl, add lemon, salt and pepper, green or red chili flakes and some freshly chopped greens. 
  3. Give it all a good mix and use it as a sandwich filling or as a toast topping.  
  4. Tadaaa your Chickpea Sandwich is ready. Serve it with the most important ingredient…yes…LOVE..!!!
