I’M SO GLAD TO HAVE YOU HERE…!!

Hi there I’m IRA, welcome to this blog and allow me to introduce you to this little piece of my creative expression.

I’m so pleased and grateful to have you here.

Let me start by addressing how excited am I and I just can’t wait to tell you about my journey and my edible thought on a plant-based lifestyle.

Ps: this article is pretty long…grab your cup of comfort..!!

So…let’s get talking!!

Let’s start with a cute memory of my hands into cooking for the first time…well not cooking actually but umm…my first time trying to make something hopefully edible..!!

So, I remember I was 6 or 7 years old and it was a friend’s birthday and that friend gave me a few chocolates. I still remember it was the Cadburys Eclairs and that chocolate was so famous in those days and as I write this, I feel so nostalgic… Moving further in the story, so I took that chocolate home to give it to my mom and dad. So, my mom is a home baker. Since my childhood I’ve seen amazing, mouth-watering, delicious, what not adjective that describes heavenly in terms of something baked, in our kitchen every single day. My mom is also one of those people who has inspired me to start this blog. She is definitely one of the best chefs I know. Also as a kid…watching my mom make these amazing cakes every day inspired me to cook and bake and try my hands at making something for my dad.

That day, I went home and I tried to make something hopefully eatable out of that one Eclairs candy. Literally what I did using my 6-year-old brain was, I took the smallest, cutest bowl I had at my place and I placed the candy inside it, not to mention already feeling like a chef, and then, I covered the candy under some chocolate syrup and sprinkled some sprinkles on the top and…..DRUMROLLS…..presenting a 6-year-old chef’s unbeatable dessert..!!

I was so proud after making that eatable enough dessert and even at that age, I knew the kitchen would be one of my happy places…

P.S: Cadbury Eclairs is not vegan. I just felt like pointing that out.

ABOUT ME

This is the first cake I made and I mean THANKS to the baker genes in me hehe!!

Moving further, let talk about VEGANISM, so, I have been a vegan for the past, almost two years and before that, I’ve always been a vegetarian. My family has been vegetarians their whole life. My roots are in Rajasthan. Foodies….I heard you screaming YUM…!!

So, what inspired me to turn vegan and why am I running a plant-based blog on my experience as a vegan and ofc about the soul-feasting recipes I’ll be sharing with you all… The very reason I turned vegan might make you laugh hard!! My story starts like this….back in 2019 I started cooking my cravings into healthy forms and I was looking for so many recipes to try, but whenever I used to look for recipes for vegetarian food, mostly the recipes featured eggs and I didn’t use to have egg and I never did. So, now my problem was to find eggless vegetarian recipes, and thhuusshhhh out of the blue I thought why not look for vegan recipes and ouffss..!! That did work for me in those days hehe!! Then, one certain day since I was so much into vegan recipes and I used to follow a lot of vegan content, Youtube recommended me a video of some influencer whose recipes are to die for….I’m talking about NISHA VORA. If you haven’t checked her recipes, I’d definitely ask you to check them out!!

Okay, so moving further in my story, I checked one of the videos where in I came to know about animal cruelty and it made my heart…shatter and I felt bad about the fact that I was giving some contribution to animal cruelty, be it unintentional and be it out of the fact that I never really wanted to cause other living beings any kind of harm, I just felt that I had contribution in animal cruelty as well. That day I decided to go vegan, needless to mention how good did I feel about myself, about my body, my acne started clearing, my skin started glowing and I became very conscious about plant nutrition as well as PROTEIN because in those days and even in these days, the debate against veganism hits the areas of nutrition and protein and I wanted to be a responsible vegan.

Nevertheless, turning into a vegan also made me feel such deep empathy for the innocent little creatures out there and this fact did play a personal role in my life as well. I understood people around me with a more understanding and loving heart..! I don’t know if my story will resonate with anyone but yeah this is all out of my experience. If you are in the market for superclone Replica Rolex , Super Clone Rolex is the place to go! Also, I believe that “IN KINDNESS lies STRENGTH”

IN KINDNESS LIES STRENGTH

Wise words of IRA hehe!!

We all on an individual level have very varied beliefs and perspectives towards life, lifestyle choices, food choices, and everything, and none of our choices are perfect or correct. The concept of perfect itself is so imperfect. At the end of the day, we make choices that we feel are better than the choices we had. We choose what best suits us. For me, choosing veganism was just one of the choices which I felt was the best for me. Again, it’s not a perfect choice, and neither are the other choices. Choices are just choices irrespective of how our choices might be perceived by others.

“THE CONCEPT OF

PERFECT

IS ITSELF SO

IMPERFECT”
