Detailed Procedure:
- We start by sifting some flour in a big bowl. Next, add wheat gluten, vegan protein powder, optionally some baking soda, and powder with a pinch of salt.
- Once all the dry ingredients are ready, give it all a good whisk (to avoid lumps after adding the wet ingredients.)
- The only wet ingredient you'll need in this recipe is water. To the same bowl, add some water, optionally some drops of vanilla essence, and give it all another good whisk.
- Our pancake batter is now ready. Now, heat a pan and lightly oil the pan using a brush or manually spread out the oil by moving the pan in small circular motions.
- In the greased pan, pour out the batter and thin it out according to your preference. Let the pancake cook for 6-7 minutes on medium-low heat and flip it.
- Let the pancake cook on both sides nicely and follow the same procedure for other pancakes.
- Lastly, you can serve your nutrition-dense pancakes with fruits of choice, maybe top them up with a drizzle of maple syrup or some soy yogurt.
