“VEGAN CHAI”

This dairy-free CHAI is from the very ‘heart’ of an Indian household. In an Indian household, mornings are GOOD only if started with a cup of CHAI. So, here’s a recipe to make your mornings GOOD..!!

Detailed Procedure:

Ingredients:

CHAI SPICE MIX / MASALA
Notes*
  • If you’re not a vegan, you can use any milk of your choice.
  • You can use any sweetener of your choice.
  • *** is optional.

Quick Procedure:
  1. Start by boiling water in a milk pan.
  2. Add tea leave/CHAI PATTI and sweetener of choice and let it all boil for 3-4 mins. 
  3. Meanwhile, grind your ‘CHAI SPICE MIX’,  in a mortar. After 3-4 minutes, add the spice mix or the chai masala to the pan.
  4. Let the spices added mixture boil for another 4-5minutes and then add in your grated ginger. 
  5. After adding the ginger, wait for another 3-4 minutes, and then add in the milk of your choice.If you are looking for bracelet. There’s something to suit every look, from body-hugging to structured, from cuffs to chain chain bracelet and cuffs. 
  6. Now, wait for 8-10 minutes and then serve your CHAI with love hehe!!
